On May 18, 2013, The Trooper Jeffrey S Parola Foundation board members voted to dissolve the Foundation. Since 1994, this Foundation has
provided our Maine State Police Tactical Team and Bomb Team with needed safety equipment, statewide scholarships to high school students
who chose to attend school in the criminal justice field, scholarships to students who attended the Maine Criminal Justice Academy, and
funds to help families of Maine law enforcement officers who suffered a work related injury or death.
We extend our deepest appreciation to all who donated to this worthy cause. It has been a beautiful tribute to our son, brother and
friend, Trooper Jeffrey S. Parola. All remaining funds will be distributed to: The Maine State Police Tactical Team, The Maine Criminal
Justice Academy, The Maine Troopers Association, and The Spirit of Blue national law enforcement foundation.
If you have any questions, please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Jeffrey S. Parola Foundation was established to honor Jeffrey’s life and his tremendous pride in the Maine State Police. It’s purpose is to:
- To provide financial support to families of Maine law enforcement personnel, who have experienced a work-related injury, illness or death in the line of duty.
- To provide donations to Maine law enforcement agencies for safety training and/or to provide the purchase of safety-related equipment.
These goals are only made possible through the hard work of our members and the generous donations of our sponsors.
